The eclectic and soaring sounds of E^ST have resonated out of my sound system with her EP, Life Ain't Always Roses.

Life Ain't Always Roses, is an emotive look into life’s journey and E^ST’s perception of the world that surrounds her. Over seven tracks the accomplished act exhibits her diverse and captivating sound. Opening the EP is ‘Alien’, with its a buoyant beats and melancholy persona. ‘I Don’t Lack Imagine Imagination’ follows with its grooving progression. Life Ain't Always Roses’ third track ‘Heaven In My Mind’ delves into the melodic and dreamy pop realm. ‘Blowjob’ maintains a commanding presence first forged when released earlier this year. ‘Pure’ deviates from the traditional pop pathway and tests the waters with an experimental sound. My ersonal highlight was ‘Friends’, as the single flourishes in its simplicity. Closing Life Ain't Always Roses is ‘Ad Break Pass Time’, another favourite track from the prosperous EP. An atmospheric aura emanates from the single’s airy production, as E^ST’s sensuous lyrics bloom above.
