Words by Luke Byatt

If you’ve been an avid follower of Futuremag Music you’re fully aware of how much we adore Sydney’s Mila Nile! The release of her debut EP, Do You Remember That? is everything we could for hoped for and so much more!

Over the past year, we’ve been given tastes of the Do You Remember That? ‘s evolving story with lead singles of ‘Break My Heart To The Beat’, ‘Too Much Like Love’, and ‘Don’t Need Your Love’. Through these pieces, Mila Nile captured our ardent interest and fandom, blending a signature Scandinavian Pop sound with a distinctly Australian production bed. The amalgamation of two diverse Pop worlds generates something entirely unique, while also remaining palatable to a wide audience. Mila Nile’s Do You Remember That? is an evolution of her blossoming sound. The additional records of ‘Old School Calling’ and ‘Daughter’ are prime examples of the Sydney creative’s artistry. From the lavish lyrics to the pristine production, the EP glistens with the same brilliance as a major commercial hit.

If you love Sigrid, Astrid S, CXLOE or GRAACE? Mila Nile is your new queen of Pop!
