SLUMBERJACK x Daktyl - Crucified (Feat. MOONZz)

Following on from their mammoth SARAWAK EP, Futuremag Music favourites, SLUMBERJACK have teamed up with Daktyl for ‘Crucified’ featuring MOONZz on vocal duties.

Since moving to Los Angeles from Perth, SLUMBERJACK have been going strength to strength. ‘Crucified’ marks another step up for the duo as they continue to bolster their stance in the competitive scene. A signature soaring vocal performance by MOONZz provides headway for SLUMBERJACK and Daktyl to compose an animated production counterpart. This balanced composition showcases the best of each artist involved.

Dabow - Sandwich Maker

Argentinian producer, Dabow has been making waves in the trap scene with his audacious and in the face tracks.

‘Sandwich Maker’ retains Dabow’s signature style with an eclectic flair. An insistent yet charming plucky sonic sets the the single apart from its contemporaries, which usually contain an ominous soundscape. Although playful, Dabow still capitalises on the all out mayhem that is trap. Throughout the single, several elements clash in a barbaric fashion, resulting in an oddly refreshing listening experience.

Dabow certainly stands out in a scene saturated by prosaic production.

Tentendo - Goodlife

Tentendo has revolved back into our sights with ‘Goodlife’, a succulent single designed to invigorate movement.

‘Goodlife’ employs Price, Tentendo’s new found friend. The verdant vocal performance complement’s the prosperous production. The amalgamation of future funk, swooning R&B and an elating electro undertone, combines to form a succulent single. Much like its name, ‘Goodlife’s uplifting nature blossoms a smile and a groove from listeners as organic instrumentation flirts with a synthetic structure. Tentendo never ceases to surprise me with each release.

Tentendo is quickly becoming a staple in my playlists and listening life.

Isadore - No Illusion

Melbourne alt-pop producer and singer songwriter, Isadore has your playlist needs sorted with ‘No Illusion’.

‘No Illusion’s warm and comforting character flourishes throughout the single’s almost four minute duration. Infectious hooks and a magnetic chorus dance upon an uplifting bed of prosperous production. Isadore’s prowess is apparent as delightful harmonies, divine synths, and buoyant beats mingle. ‘No Illusion’ is an unapologetic anthem that delves deep into the mystique of introspective feminine folklore, while inviting listeners to dance in the footsteps of their ancestors.

Brisbane’s Oxlee has your commercial R&B fix with ‘I Wouldn’t Change’

The single’s catchy and memorable lyrical structure is driven forward courtesy of a minimalist production. The vivacious vocal performance is undoubtedly the star of the record. Oxlee flexes his charismatic chorals throughout ‘I Wouldn’t Change’.

Although Oxlee is in the early stages of his musical endeavours, he’s laying the seeds for a prosperous future.
