Street Player - Feel My Love

Sydney producer and DJ, Street Player has made a phenomenal debut with the release of ‘Feel My Love’.

With the essence of French House imbued within ‘Feel My Love’, the record flirts with the senses. Drawing comparisons to Daft Punk, Fred Falke, Alan Braxe and Lifelike, Street Player delivers a vibrant dance experience; perfect for 3am as it for a sipping on a margarita by the pool. With the likes of Joe Goddard, Treasure Fingers and Riva Starr behind him, the rising Sydney star has the world (and DJ decks) at his fingertips ready to delight House fanatics from Sydney to Paris and beyond.

I’m not sure about you but Street Player has safely placed himself as a favourite in the Futuremag Music House playlist. I can’t wait to hear what’s to come!

Vlossom - Good Karma Lover

With 2020 being full of shit events, it’s a much needed mood shift when a song like ‘Good Karma Lover’ from Vlossom enters your life.

‘Good Karma Lover’ is an anthem bearing prosperous joy and a feel good attitude. Created by one of our favourite discoveries of 2019, Vlossom (Nick Littlemore and Alister Wright), the single blossoms (pun very much intended) with animated merriment. The listening experience is best participated within a group setting where the elating aura of the record can be transmitted and received collectively. Vlossom are masterful musicians combining their vast knowledge from other projects into an uplifting package for consumption.

I can only hope for more Vlossom in 2021 and far into the future.

Alison Wonderland x Valentino Khan - Anything

Dance music juggernauts, Alison Wonderland and Valentino Khan team up and combine their energy for a House centred hit ‘Anything’.

‘Anything’ flaunts Alison’s vocals over an expertly produced beat, fine tuning the song into a beautiful fusion between harsh dance rhythms and electronic pop. Beginning with lustrous hits of an arpeggiated filtered synth while introducing Alison’s vocals, instantly warming up the audience for the chorus. Once the chorus hits, the listener is exposed to the euphony of distorted vocals delicately placed over the vigorous House beat. While it is melodic, the track is a nod to Valentino Khan’s earlier releases, generating a night club tone. ‘Anything’ shows that the styles of both artists strongly compliment each other, lending itself as a Deep House banger that will definitely carry through the Australian summer. 

This song stands as a welcome reminder of Alison Wonderland’s and Valentino Khan’s talent and we hope that they collaborate again!

VNCCII - I Came I Saw I Conquered

Sydney’s VNCCII is a a creative visionary with a mission and her new single ‘I Came I Saw I Conquered’ is a testament to that.

‘I Came I Saw I Conquered’ is the natural evolution to VNCCII’s expansive audio visual world. Following on from ‘Take You Higher’ and ‘Dangerous Love’ released earlier in the year, the record brandishes a sense of confidence and energetic grit setting it apart from its contemporaries. Blending Bass heavy elements with traditional mediums such as triumphant brass displays, ‘I Came I Saw I Conquered’ is sonic expression at its finest. This growth as an artist see’s VNCCII bolstering her stance as a songwriter, producer and composer while also achieving her avant-garde perspective on production.

With more music on the way, VNCCII is here to stay and become a foundation in Australia’s leftfield dance space.
