Futuristic Sydney producer, Donatachi recently dropped his gorgeous remix of Tashka’s ‘Yokubo’.

Coming off a summer tour with Mallrat, Donatachi has crafted a refreshing spin on ‘Yokubo’. The remix blossoms, as wholesome bubblegum pop and immersive witch-pop collide. Donatachi lightens the original’s mood by infusing succulent breakdowns, and rebounding rubber rhythms. Each element Donatachi added magnifies the tension and power of Tashka’s surreal vocals. Donatachi has created a remix that sounds his own yet, maintains the authentic flair of the original.

The ‘Yokubo’ remix slightly departs from Donatachi’s signature bubble-gum style showcasing his versatile nature. I can’t wait to see what else is around the corner for this forward thinking producer.
