Following his recent release, ‘Apollo’, UK producer Tourist has delivered another soulful single, ‘Someone Else’.

‘Someone Else’ is optimistic and simple, yet still showcases the complexity signature in Tourist’s style. The layered production builds gradually as the song progresses, with every different element perfectly balanced and complementary. It’s warm and hopeful, reminiscent of Tourist’s 2017 Wash EP with similar production notes to that of ‘Sleepwalking’ and ‘Hush’.

‘Someone Else’ alongside ‘Apollo’ reflect a degree of growth and refinement in Tourist’s work, and I am eager to see what else this new direction brings.
