Vera Blue - Lady Powers (Feat. Kodie Shane)

Here at Futuremag Music we can't get enough of Vera Blue and her Perennial LP. Now the Sydney based muso has teamed up with Atlanta hip-hop maverick Kodie Shane to rework the sensational single 'Lady Powers'.

The 'Lady Powers' rework is a triumphant evolution for the single. Whilst retaining the original boisterous beat, sublime synths and Vera Blue's vivacious vocals, 'Lady Powers' commands a contemporary composition with the addition of Kodie Shane's vigorous verse. Vera Blue and Kodie Shane express that the collaboration is a celebration of "who you are, your worth and your strength".

This 'Lady Powers' rework is only a tease of what's to come, with a full EP is due out in April. The forthcoming release promises revolutionary remixes from TOKiMONSTA, Maya Jane Coles, Alice Ivy, and Maria Marcus, along with the rework and original. One thing is for certain, we're super excited for this release.
