Heimanu - Alaris

Heimanu is back with 'Alaris', another thumper released on leading label, Liquid Ritual

‘Alaris’ is a testament to Heimanu's evolving style and the propulsive nature of Wave as a genre. The single is emotion rich while also providing the boisterous bass that's needed to fill out festival mosh pits and club dance floors. There's a reason that Heimanu has been supported by the likes of RL Grime, Annie Nightingale and Alison Wonderland, with 'Alaris' being a prime example.

I can’t wait to hear what’s to come from Heimanu.

Duskus - Hard Times

“Sometimes we go through hard times” is the emotionally resounding lyric echoed through the stunning “Hard Times” by Duskus. For a short track spanning just over two minutes, Duskus packs a punch with a vividly hypnotic house beat, varied percussion, piano hits and a set of dazzling synth stabs.

Approaching the middle, atmospheric synths alongside warm acoustic guitar hits take lead, quickly launching the listener back into the entrancing groove. The track’s cathartic take on life’s hard challenges embarks the listener on a sonic journey through a resounding hopeful future, making this track a welcome positive light in a sometimes dull world.

2 Man Embassy x Jake Neumar - Maraschino

2 Man Embassy are back with ‘Maraschino’! You may remember the group back when we covered their single ‘Memory’ back in late 2019.

‘Maraschino’ is a culmination of 2 Man Embassy’s sonic growth throughout 2020 and into 2021. Teaming up with Jack Neumar, the track retains the joyous electro pop aesthetic established in previous singles, while also broadcasting a sense of maturity. ‘Maraschino’ is the third single off of 2 Man Embassy’s upcoming EP, following on from ‘Out Of Luck’ and ‘Velvet’ which were released earlier in the year.
